The Principal

The principal of Masters Regional Academy is Mr. Michael W. M. Dube. Mr. Dube holds bachelors degrees in both political science and criminal justice from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. He is also a state certified teacher with a Masters degree in teaching from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He is currently a candidate for a Doctoral degree in education leadership from Liberty University. Mr. Dube is a former police officer in the city of Norwich, Connecticut, as well as a former Connecticut State Trooper. Adding to his varied background, he has studied abroad in Australia as well as traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Australia. Mr. Dube is dedicated to the work of the Lord and to the children of Masters Regional Academy. He has been the leader of Masters Regional Academy since the school's inception and founding in 2000.

A Message From the Principal

Jesus is Lord!

Our country was founded on godly principles and it is our duty to impart those principles to our children. The moral decay in today's society is a result of the abandonment of those principles. Masters Regional Academy is committed to the children of this area and helping them to attain all that God has for their lives. We have been called to help raise the next generation of godly men and women who will have the moral courage and direction to be righteous examples to this world in all areas of business, politics and service. As Masters helps shape the lives of our youth, they will set and raise the standard among their peers, within their community and throughout the nation. As our children fulfill the purposes that God has for their lives, they will begin the process of restoring our nation back to its godly foundation. As spiritual beings created by God, it is not only a good thing to do God's work, it is our purpose for being.

When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59:19

I believe that God has blessed me with the varied background and abilities that I have so that I can use them for His glory through service to His children. Masters Regional Academy is a place of godly excellence in the areas of academics, ministry and atmosphere. We are dedicated to setting a new standard in education. The Lord has called Masters to be an instrument for Him and the mark of the Lord is upon this school.  Because of that, we will not accept less than the best for Him.
